Majority of plants are in a standard 2 1/2" pot, unless otherwise indicated. Many items are available in limited quantities. Will always pull the nicest plant available.
Visits to the garden and to shop are always welcome. Quite a bit of what is available can be seen in the garden. Please call or text to set up a time. Recommend visiting to eliminate shipping and discounted pricing on plants.
Guarantee to ship healthy plants that are true to name. There is no guarantee on our plants long term as we have no control over the multitude of variables that can cause a plants demise. Please try and understand and research the proper cultural requirements for plants you order. No one likes to see a plant die. Should a plant prove not to be true to name please contact me and let me know. I would like to know about it. We can come to a resolution, but only if I know about it. Please understand that I sometimes rely on other people for accuracy of seed and plant material.
Rock Alpines does not assume responsibility for plants damaged during shipping. If the shipping box is damaged upon arrival, take a picture and file
a claim with the carrier. In no case will our liability exceed the purchase price of the plants.

We will do whatever is reasonably possible (replacement, refund, credit) to rectify the situation. The assumption will be made that everything is fine if we have not heard from you within four days of receiving your order.
